BlueTinker is a school management system built for Kenyan schools. It combines a professional public website with a secure staff portal so one school can manage admissions, learners, attendance, exams, fees, and communication from the same platform.
The website is the public front door. The portal is where staff do the daily work. The aim is a repeatable product that a school can brand with its own name, logo, colours, and domain — without rebuilding the system from scratch.
Led by Mr. Harry Shivaji, BlueTinker is being developed as a practical tool for directors, teachers, bursars, and office staff. The demonstration site shows how a school can present itself online and run operations behind a staff login.
BlueTinker started as a working school website and staff portal demo. It is now the product foundation for onboarding schools: website, admissions, role-based access, and school-management modules that can be switched on as a school needs them.
